No Borders Games was an artist residency by Bishop May Down and Jamie Bolland as part of Rumpus Room’s Yard Play, a programme of play and creative activity for ages 6-12 taking place at Bowling Green Together on Kenmure Street.

No Borders Games invited young people to interrogate and disrupt concepts of borders, hierarchy, and competition; through games, flag and map making, chants, and manifesto writing. The residency ended with a community play day and parade of a huge collaborative “No Borders” flag.
